АО "Альянс Банк" (Алматы) сообщило официальным письмом Казахстанской фондовой бирже (KASE) о выплате двенадцатого купонного вознаграждения держателям своих индексированных по уровню девальвации тенге к доллару США субординированных облигаций KZ2CKY07A701 (официальный список KASE, первая подкатегория категории "Долговые ценные бумаги без рейтингвой оценки", ASBNb1; 1 тенге, 3,0 млрд; 23.12.02 - 23.12.09, полугодовой купон 9,00 % годовых; 30/360).
По сообщению АО "Альянс Банк" сумма начисления составила 104 811 078,26 тенге, сумма налога, удерживаемого у источника выплаты, - 3 202 851,86 тенге. Сумма выплаты составила 101 608 226,40 тенге.
Исходя из названной суммы купонной выплаты на дату фиксации реестра (23.11.08) в обращении находилось 77,6 % указанных облигаций.
